Why this matters

Intelligence is becoming abundant. Trustworthy state is not.

AI can generate language quickly. Consequential work still needs a reliable answer to slower questions: What is actually being worked on? Which version is authoritative? Who observed, proposed, performed, verified, or accepted something? What changed? Did the Result hold? Dowelify is built for that layer.
